Your tasks / your field of activity:
* Organization and coordination of the project team and other project participants
* Preparation and processing of tenders, contract awards and contracts
* Planning, control and tracking of project costs
* Creation and coordination of project and execution plans in building construction
* Development of technical specifications and coordination with the relevant departments
* Independent assumption of overall site management or specialist site management
* Determining the specifications for occupational safety and monitoring compliance on the construction site
Your profile:
* Technical or technical/construction training (e.g. as an architectural draftsman/ draughtswoman, architect, site manager or specialist engineer)
* 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the field of pharmaceutical and infrastructure buildings
* Familiar with the applicable building regulations in the canton of Valais
* Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
* Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage

* Ability to work in a team
* Independent, precise and accurate work
* Customer orientation, flexibility regarding travel activities / working at the customer's premises
