Role Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling regulated digital asset trading services to banks, securities firms, asset managers, institutional clients, corporations, and high net worth individuals.

* To achieve this goal, the Head of Trading Sales & Distribution will proactively build a pipeline and prospect new clients willing to trade digital assets or offer digital asset trading platforms to their own end-clients.
">
* They will ensure rapid and frictionless client onboarding in close collaboration with the support teams.
">
* The full sales process will be owned by the individual, including engaging with prospects, qualifying deals, sourcing and coordinating RFI/RFPs with prospects and within the internal team, preparing, managing, and following up sales meetings and prospect interactions, and negotiating the closing of new client deals.

Main Activities:

1. Prospecting and Onboarding: Build a pipeline and prospect new clients, ensuring they are willing to trade digital assets or offer digital asset trading platforms to their own end-clients.

2. Sales Process Management: Own the full sales process, from engagement to deal closure, working closely with the support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
">
3. Client Management: Manage existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and active use of the platform.
">
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate internally with the Product team to ensure sales handover, product gap feedback, and alignment.

5. Innovation and Outreach: Propose new ideas, strategies, and campaigns for sales success, representing the company at third-party events and conferences, contributing to marketing, PR, and external communication, and building partnerships with institutions within the space.
