Job Description: Head of Compliance Governance
You will lead the compliance governance team that translates legal and regulatory requirements into practical and executable elements within the Compliance Management System.

You’ll make an impact by
* Ensuring harmonized, effective, and efficient global compliance processes, solutions, and risk management activities across areas such as anti-corruption, antitrust, anti-money laundering, export control, data privacy, human rights, and ethics
* Sponsoring and steering strategic compliance projects and change management activities supporting global transformation goals
* Defining and driving the compliance tool, digitalization, and analytics strategy, including project management, budgeting, and IT resource engagement
* Collaborating with governance departments to implement automated governance, risk management, and control solutions in business processes
* Managing transactional due diligence processes and tools in a complex environment
* Monitoring and updating the Compliance Management System to meet evolving regulatory requirements
* Leading the portfolio management of the Compliance Management System, including approvals and communication
* Motivating and leading a diverse, international team of compliance specialists and professionals
* Benchmarking industry best practices and emerging technologies
* Promoting ethical and responsible business conduct throughout the value chain
Your defining qualities
Education
A completed master's degree in business administration or technology; legal background not necessary.
Experience & Skills
* Extensive experience leading large, sophisticated IT projects
* Over 10 years of professional experience in team leadership within a global organization
* Knowledge of compliance regulations, business processes, and technologies
* Expertise in process design, risk management, change management, project management, and system optimization
* Strategic orientation with practical application skills
Ways of Working
* Diplomatic navigation of complex situations and relationships
* Continuous learning in emerging technologies and risk management techniques
Languages
Business-fluent English skills required.
