Drive international commercial success for the ENT Rhinology and Otology portfolio by translating strategy into clear priorities and scalable execution across regions. Act as the strategic orchestrator and voice of the regions, ensuring strong alignment between global direction and regional market needs.
Responsibilities
* Lead international strategic planning for the Rhinology portfolio, translating global strategy into clear executional priorities.
* Own the international Rhinology strategic framework, including therapy growth initiatives, launch readiness, and adoption programs.
* Serve as the primary liaison between international leadership and regional marketing teams, ensuring regional insights inform strategy.
* Lead international downstream marketing, including positioning, value propositions, and competitive strategy.
* Enable consistent, high‑quality go‑to‑market execution across regions while allowing for local market needs.
* Partner with Medical Education and Clinical teams to support market development and clinical evidence dissemination.
* Lead cross‑functional program execution (Marketing, Medical, Sales, R&D), ensuring disciplined delivery and alignment.
* Drive international market and customer insights to inform strategy and execution.
Qualifications
* Experience in international marketing, portfolio, or strategic program leadership with demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution at scale.
* Strong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder influence with experience working across regions and cultures.
* Medical device or therapy‑based portfolio experience.
* MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Benefits & Compensation
Medtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package. Pay range: Netherlands €90,720.00 – €136,080.00; Switzerland CHF 160,800.00 – CHF 241,200.00.
