Your Tasks
1. Preventive maintenance, repair, and optimization of equipment in semiconductor production, focusing on wet chemistry and lithography equipment
2. Conducting fault analysis, maintenance work, and technical upgrades to ensure smooth operation and maxi-mum uptime of production equipment
3. Implementation and use of MES systems for planning, scheduling, and recording maintenance activities.
4. Implementation of a new chemical delivery system (CDS) into production
5. Close collaboration with the Facilities, Process, and Operations departments to support error-free and high-volume production of micro-optics and foundry services
6. Ensuring detailed documentation of machine condition, maintenance activities, and work performed
7. Collaboration with production teams and external contractors in planning, installation, and commissioning of new equipment
Your Profile
8. B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, or similar, and several years of experience in maintenance and service of machines/systems
9. Solid knowledge in the areas of electrical engineering, electronics, PLC, pneumatics, and robotics
10. Knowledge of computer-aided maintenance management systems, e.g., MES and MS Office, is desirable
11. Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations as well as excellent problem-solving skills in optimizing processes to improve machine uptime
12. Good command of English or German, as well as strong communication and cooperation skills
