For our client a global pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a SAP Testing and Security Access Lead. Updated: Jan 24, 2024. Location: near Neuchatel, Switzerland.
The Company: Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company located near Neuchatel, Switzerland, focused on R&D and delivery of innovative medicines across several therapeutic areas, including oncology, haematology, immunology, and CVD.
Responsibilities
* Define, document and present cutover strategy in collaboration with project stakeholders.
* Oversee internal site & ExM cutover activities for all Functional Areas (Business and IT teams).
* Lead the internal site & ExM testing plan for all Functional Areas (Business and IT teams).
* Track and coordinate activities including test scope, preparation, execution schedule, and execution.
* Support Functional Leads in identifying script creators, approvers, testers, and defect managers.
* Ensure testing-related deliverables and schedules adhere to established norms and are managed in alignment with best practices of GPS/GMO and IT GPS PMO.
* Liaise and coordinate with all workstream leads and stakeholders (Cutover Lead, Training Lead, Oracle IT SMEs, IT DCMs and IT SAP team, Program Manager, Site Project Manager, and others).
* Communicate and identify cross-functional interdependencies.
* Build and track the testing schedule with the Program Manager, Site Project Manager, and appropriate stakeholders.
* Identify dependencies, evaluate risks/issues, and communicate status to the Project Manager and leadership across the project.
* Provide global status reporting on behalf of workstream leads and IT.
* Support the Global Program Manager and Site Project Manager to plan, track and deliver the targeted objectives of the testing activities.
* Conduct testing meetings (Business & IT) and share related minutes.
* Prepare testing status reports and documentation to keep sponsors informed of testing activities progress and potential risks/roadblocks.
Role For SAP Security Access Activities
* Define and implement the BDY & ExM SAP security access strategy for all Functional Areas in collaboration with project stakeholders.
* Act as a liaison between the end user and the security team.
* Manage Site provisioning and User Access Review (UAR).
* Conduct or moderate security access meetings (Business & IT) and share related minutes.
* Support the project team to deliver according to the plan.
* Proactively engage and energize the team members to build and execute the Testing Plan as per targeted timelines.
You
Requirements
* Computer science/Information Technology degree or equivalent.
* Minimum 10+ years’ Project testing and SAP security access expertise in Pharma, ERP Systems implementation – Preferably SAP and GxP Systems Implementation from requirements to delivery of final product and documentation included.
* Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Science industry experience.
* Experience in ERP Systems (Preferably SAP) implementation.
* Implementation of other standalone and interconnected computerized systems supporting Production activities.
* Proficiency in System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV).
* Awareness of 21-CFR Part 11, Eudralex and other Regulatory compliance requirements.
* Familiar with Change Management processes and tools and regulated document authoring.
* Strong experience in driving Project Management.
* Strong capability to manage Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid projects.
* Agile, flexible, autonomous in analysis, problem-solving and achieving deliverables.
* Service-oriented mindset; Business acumen.
* Strong relationship and collaboration skills with IT and Business stakeholders globally and onsite.
* Constructive influencing of colleagues to a positive outcome.
Plus
* PMP certification or equivalent.
* Business Analysis (BA) experience.
* ServiceNow PM module knowledge.
