We are seeking a talented and motivated Construction Manager - Electrical / Bauleiter Elektrotechnik to join our high-impact data center project s in Frankfurt, Germany, and Zurich, Switzerland.
Role Overview:
* Coordinating and managing the electrical trades
* Cooperating and negotiating with specialist engineers and subcontractors
* Carrying out and coordinating project quality plans, including benchmarking and inspections
* Coordinat ing building acceptance with authorities based on inspections
* Verifying invoices based on site progress and write progress reports
* Coordinating installations, quality checks, and commissioning of electrical systems
* Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations
Role Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or related field. Alternatively technical career through an apprenticeship
* Field Experience: At least three years of experience in a similar position
* Technical Skills: Knowledge of p roject management software, scheduling software, BIM software ( ACC, Navisworks, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with local regulations, and industry norms
* Language: Fluency in German and English
* Workstyle: Strong work ethic with a passion for construction. Proactive, hands-on approach. Effective coordination within the team and clear communication and collaboration with all stakeholders
