Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Head of Construction & Commissioning Technology and Performance to join our innovative team. How you´ll make an impact
1. Improve daily operations and recommend new procedures and improvements
2. Oversee and enhance C&C practices
3. Ensure compliance with company and HVDC policies
4. Coordinate with Global Stakeholders
5. Manage and standardize project data and promote project predictability
6. Implement Lean Constructability processes
7. Manage HVDC's C&C Strategy and KPIs
8. Support onboarding and training
9. Follow and promote HSE and Quality standards
10. Review HVDC processes for compliance
Your background
* University degree in technical or managerial field
* Experience in large EPC projects and project management
* Proactive risk management and problem-solving skills
* Strong technical and analytical skills
* Leadership and communication skills
* Fluent in English and other languages
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and productivity applications
