Boarding Assistant 2026.2027 – Collège Beau Soleil
From September 2026 to June 2027, Beau Soleil, Villars-sur‑Ollon, CH is seeking a caring, enthusiastic Boarding Assistant to support a vibrant international boarding community.

YOUR PROFILE
* Qualified to degree level
* Native or fluent English speaker; high English comprehension; French helpful but not essential
* Good IT skills
* Recent graduate or young professional with compassion, responsibility, and motivation to make a positive difference in young people’s lives
Key Responsibilities
* Work with the Housemaster/Deputy Housemaster to ensure the house runs smoothly and students receive the best possible care
* Know each student, support them as individuals, and be an active, dynamic presence during the day and evening
* Assist with house administration and support the weekend programme
* Provide 6‑8 lessons a week, support two activities or sports teams across the year, and supervise overnight boarding
* Help with winter season activities such as La Sionnaire chalet, study supervision, health centre support, reception duties, and airport transfers
* Attend weekly training and support meetings and perform any other duties required by the School
Experience and Person Specification
* Experience working with young people in a residential setting is helpful but not essential
* A team player who is proactive, confident, organized, and willing to take initiative
* Good communication skills, sense of humour, and ability to form good working relationships within the house, boarding, and school teams
* Willingness to follow an internal CPD programme during the year
* European passport holder for compliance with Swiss work‑permit regulations
What We Offer
* 10‑month fixed contract, September 2026‑June 2027
* Included accommodation for the duration of the contract (subject to social charges)
* Included food during term time (subject to social charges)
* Basic health insurance (Lamal) paid by the College
* Full season ski pass and equipment hire provided
