QA Tasks
* Develop and implement local quality procedures and work instructions to align with contractual requirements, local standards, and Quality Management System (QMS).
* Conduct internal and external quality audits and reviews.
* Prepare, collect (from vendors), review, and submit comprehensive data packages to customers.
* Manage delivery and acceptance events (e.g., materials, platforms) in collaboration with customers.
* Handle QA-related issues with local subcontractors and suppliers.
* Investigate and analyze non-conformances through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and coordinate approvals with customers.
* Perform Source Inspection (SI) at sub-contractor's facilities.
* Conduct acceptance inspections on incoming goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Job Requirement
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management.
* Background in Electronics, Mechanics or System Engineering
* Knowledge in Swiss Federal Acts requirements – an advantage.
* Experience in quality conformity audits.
* Hands-on experience in source inspections of cables, mechanical and electrical assemblies, and complex systems.
* Demonstrated ability to lead complex system delivery events.
* Experience working with the Swiss Army – an advantage.
