Overview
ANAVIA specializes in the design, development & manufacturing of vertical take-off & landing (VTOL) systems of up to 500 kilograms. The company offers industry leading unmanned helicopter systems for various mission profiles, such as Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Inspection or Mapping & Cargo.
As Operations & Efficiency Specialist, you will lead cross-functional projects to optimize workflows, implement digital solutions, and enable a more effective operating model.
Goals
* Drive operational process improvements and organizational efficiency.
* Lead digitization and automation initiatives across business functions.
* Facilitate the implementation of efficient workflows and ways of working.
* Contribute to building a scalable and effective operating model.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse and improve inefficient workflows across functions.
* Lead process optimization projects with measurable business impact.
* Facilitate workshops and trainings on process improvement methods.
* Drive digitization initiatives in alignment with IT and business stakeholders.
* Implement digital tools to streamline operations.
* Monitor adoption and continuously improve digital solutions.
* Act as a change agent to enhance cooperation across departments.
* Support SMEs and teams in applying best practices for efficiency.
* Promote pragmatic, execution-focused solutions in daily operations.
Competencies & Duties
* Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills.
* Proven ability to execute process improvement initiatives.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Compliance with company standards and quality requirements.
Qualifications
* Degree in Business, Engineering, Aerospace or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or transformation projects.
* Strong knowledge of IT and digital tools.
* Practical experience in driving change and continuous improvement.
* Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
* Location: On-site in Näfels | Bilten, Switzerland.
* Eligibility: Swiss or EU citizens only.
