The Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of our S-PROTECT product line. This role focuses on enhancing platform protection capabilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving adoption of fraud prevention and system resilience features. You'll collaborate across engineering, legal, security, and customer success teams to deliver impactful solutions that protect our clients and their audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the product strategy for platform protection and fraud prevention
Ensure system resilience during high-demand ticketing events
Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
Collaborate with engineering, legal, and security teams for successful execution
Engage with clients to understand threats and drive feature adoption
Align product development with regulatory frameworks and compliance needs
Your Profile
3–5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or compliance
Strong understanding of fraud prevention and identity verification
Experience working with legal, security, and infrastructure teams
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and protection technologies
Ability to translate complex needs into product features
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Analytical mindset with experience using monitoring tools
Experience in ticketing, fintech, or high-demand platforms is a plus
