Active for over 65 years in the Lake Geneva region, the Romanens Group is a family business specialising in construction, property development, and outdoor landscaping. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a certified architect capable of developing and overseeing our construction and transformation projects.
Your mission
- Elaboration and development of architectural projects
- Preparation and coordination of planning application files
- Creation of plans and technical documents
- Follow-up of administrative procedures with municipalities and authorities
- Coordination with contractors and specialists
- Participation in the development of the group’s real estate projects
- Support for internal teams in total/general contracting
Your profile
- Certified architect HES, EPF or equivalent qualification
- REG A or REG B registration allowing the signing of building permit applications in French-speaking Switzerland
- Experience in project development and planning application procedures
- Good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations
- Proficiency in drawing and modelling software (ArchiCAD, Revit or equivalent)
- Autonomous, rigorous and organised person
- Entrepreneurial and pragmatic mindset
