As a Customer Support Representative, you are the central point of contact for our customers and ensure a high level of service throughout the entire customer journey. You combine customer communication with structured order and service coordination in a system-driven environment. In this role, you act as a key interface between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Service, and Operations.

What You Will Do
2. Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and digital channels, handling inbound service and order inquiries
3. Own and coordinate the order management process (Sales & Service) from quotation through to invoicing
4. Handle returns, warranty cases, pricing requests, and order status updates
5. Coordinate service activities with field service technicians and ensure clear communication with customers
6. Maintain and update customer, order, and service data in CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP)
7. Create and manage service cases, maintenance contracts, and related documentation
8. Ensure that all customer interactions are properly documented and tracked
9. Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations
10. Support inside sales activities and contribute to data quality and administrative tasks
What You Bring
11. Initial professional experience in customer service, order management, or inside sales (approx. 1–3 years), ideally in a technical or industrial environment
12. Strong communication skills with a clear customer-oriented mindset
13. Structured and reliable working style with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
14. Solution-oriented thinking combined with a high level of ownership and commitment
15. Confident handling of digital tools and systems (e.g. MS Office)
16. Fluent English skills; German is a strong advantage
17. Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and/or ERP systems (e.g. LN or SAP) is considered a plus
18. Ideally, a background in a technical, industrial, or laboratory-related company
