Key Account Manager Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our key clients.

Your role will involve managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of our IT services.

With 10 years of experience in account management and a deep understanding of the IT services sector, you will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong business partnerships.


Your Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact for all IT services.
* Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing accounts, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
* Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions with clients to secure long-term business.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and delivery) to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
* Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs, gather feedback, and provide tailored solutions.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with the best solutions and services.
* Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders on account performance and growth strategies.
* Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.


Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field is required. MBA or relevant certification is preferred.

10+ years of experience in Key Account Management, with a strong focus on IT services or technology solutions.

Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, driving revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
