BioTalent has been tasked to find a Senior QA Manager who will build, mentor, and lead a team of QA Project Managers supporting critical tech transfer, process validation, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance strategic oversight with tactical support, stepping in as QA Project Manager when needed while developing the next generation of quality professionals.
What You Bring:
10-15 years Quality Assurance experience with proven people management expertise
BSc/MSc in Science, Biotechnology or related field
Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor, develop and inspire high-performance teams
Expert knowledge in cGMP, quality systems and risk-based decision making

Set the standard - Define quality excellence and customer service models across internal/external stakeholders
Drive accountability - Oversee daily operations, ensure on-time delivery of quality deliverables and KPI tracking
Strategic influence - Provide tactical and strategic direction while acting as escalation point for complex quality issues
Foster growth - Establish team goals, drive continuous improvement and innovative thinking
Core Responsibilities: Lead your team in managing tech transfers, sterility assurance assessments, process validation, deviations, change controls, quality agreements, and regulatory compliance. Partner cross-functionally with MSAT, Engineering, QC, Manufacturing and support regulatory/customer audits.
