We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator (HR Administration and Payroll) 50% (m/f/d) to join our dynamic People & Culture team in Lucerne, Switzerland.
Responsabilities:
* Monthly payroll processing and payroll administration
* Handling social insurance matters, including sickness and accident reporting
* Managing withholding tax settlements
* Maintaining HR master data and preparing reports and statistics
* Advising employees and managers on employment law–related topics
* Contributing to group-wide HR projects, process optimisation, and continuous improvement
* Daily collaboration with colleagues across European locations, using English regularly
What you bring:
* Several years of experience in payroll and HR administration
* Very good MS Office skills
* Strong communication skills in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
* A conscientious, structured, and independent working style
* Strong team spirit, service mindset, and excellent communication skills
