Penitentiary Service (SPNE) - Office for the Execution of Penal Sanctions (OESP)The OESP performs the tasks devolved by the penal code to the execution authority and the probation authority. It prepares and makes decisions regarding the execution of penal sanctions pronounced against adults. It ensures the monitoring and control of the execution of decisions from the perspective of risk and resource management, the prevention of the commission of new offenses, and support for reintegration.MissionsAs head of the office, you lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 25 employees. You ensure the implementation of sentences according to the different regimes and ensure the support of detainees, in compliance with the rules of conduct imposed on them. You create a pleasant, stimulating work environment oriented towards collective performance and are always at the service of our mission.As an active member of the management committee, you contribute to the definition and conduct of the strategy. You design and supervise key processes, anticipate risks, and ensure the quality of decisions. You develop solid partnerships both internally and externally, and ensure the proper functioning of the office, by taking charge of financial management as well as participating in recruitment and monitoring the budget.ProfileHolder of a master's degree, you have acquired solid experience in team management and activity management. You understand the issues of criminal law, the judicial field, or the execution of penal sanctions, and know how to translate them into concrete actions.Analyze with finesse, decide with clarity, act with responsibility: your position and your actions demonstrate leadership that inspires confidence. You know how to set a framework and bring people together.At ease in demanding environments, you stay the course even when the pressure rises. You lead negotiations with discernment and represent the institution accurately to various partners.
