As a full-time member of our Administration department, you will provide essential support to our project team in managing orders.
Your responsibilities include drafting order confirmations and supplier purchase orders, following up on offers, handling correspondence in French and English, and ensuring the accuracy of administrative and financial data related to projects and suppliers.
You will also be involved in the financial monitoring of some key accounts.
You will work closely with project managers, the design team, external production partners, and internal sites in Zurich and Italy.
You play a key role in the follow-up of client projects and contribute to their smooth administrative and financial execution.
Your profile :
You have a commercial background, experience in a similar role, and familiarity with the luxury industry. You are proficient in Office 365 tools and Abacus, and you understand sales and purchase dynamics. You are fully fluent in French and English; knowledge of German or Italian is a strong asset.
You are a team player, capable of working independently and in a structured manner. You act responsibly, with rigor, reliability, and efficiency.
You have a customer service mindset and a results-oriented approach. While comfortable with numbers, your strength lies in interpreting them and adapting to different situations.
You understand the nuances that may require process adaptation. Your common sense and autonomy help you anticipate needs, identify the right actions, and increase efficiency without detailed instructions.
