Job Description
Integrated into the Brand Department, your main mission will be to oversee the development and coordination of our merchandising collection, ensuring product quality, brand consistency, and a successful market launch to deliver a coherent and innovative merchandising vision. In this case:
You will manage product development from concept to production by overseeing projects, coordinating prototypes, and ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
You will work closely with creative, purchasing, and logistics teams and maintain strong collaboration with suppliers to ensure sourcing feasibility, order follow-ups, sample approvals, and quality testing
You will drive innovation and continuous improvement by developing new products, integrating market trends, conducting market research and benchmarking to deliver strategic recommendations
You will ensure smooth communication and alignment between all internal and external stakeholders to optimize collection development and resource allocation
Qualifications
You have a minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in product development, merchandising, or project management, preferably in retail, licensing, or luxury goods
You are fluent in French and have strong command of English, both spoken and written
You have strong project management skills
You are sensitive to design, trends, and the gifting industry
