Your role
We are looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Markets Graduate Talent Program. You’ll get to:
* oversee all aspects of pricing and execution for fixed income derivatives and structured products, leveraging your strong quantitative and technical skills
* communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to provide best‑in‑class solutions
* drive innovation through idea generation and close collaboration with Sales teams and clients
* lead the automation strategy for Fixed Income products, enabling future growth and efficiency
Your team
You’ll be working in our Global Markets business, advising clients and managing everything needed to buy and sell securities. We work with hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers and family offices to provide coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing services.
You’ll be part of the Global Markets Fixed Income Structuring team, delivering innovative, tailor‑made solutions for non‑standard fixed income derivatives and structured products. We collaborate closely with Sales, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless pricing and execution, while maintaining rigorous control standards. We lead in automation, continuously advancing our business processes to drive efficiency and future growth.
Your expertise
* completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the start date, preferably in economics, mathematics, engineering, IT, etc.
* excellent English (written and oral); fluency in German or French preferred
* excellent analytical and IT skills and eagerness to improve them
* values align with ours: hard‑working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
