YOUR MISSION Within Group Supply Chain Solutions, in partnership with the group industrial entities and the Maisons, you are in charge to lead key projects & initiatives in the area of Upstream Supply Chain, potentially covering all Upstream Supply Chain capabilities and encompassing all the missions of project management.
In addition, you will support a mindset that values data-driven decision-making by leveraging all opportunities offered by Big Data.
Working closely with the Maisons, you are part of the end-to-end Supply Chain transformation and contribute to the high Richemont Group ambition.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
* Lead Projects & Drive Change: Project Planning and Management: Develop and follow-up project plans, timelines, and budgets. Define project scope, objectives & ROI, and deliverables. Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues. Deploy project management methodologies: from initial project framing to roll-out and hyper-care phase.
* Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, and customers. Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
* Supply Chain Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the Upstream Supply Chain. Analyse data to identify areas for Supply Chain efficiency, such as stock reduction, efficiency gains, service level improvement.
* Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks to the project, develop mitigation plans and strategies to minimize the impact of risks / contingency plans if needed, in autonomy.
* Partners Management: Manage relationships with external consultants. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure quality of deliverables.
* Change Management: Ensure adoption of new processes and organizational changes in line with the project timeline, build and follow training to secure project GO LIVE.
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams. Provide guidance and support to team members, including the elevation and empowerment people. Capacity to build collective intelligence.
* Strategic Planning and Vision: Ensure the proper consistency of its project planning among all group projects, identifies all interdependencies and manage them with other stakeholders. Ensure a planning consistent with overall business goals.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Industrial Entities, Maisons, Group Product teams, to ensure seamless project planning and execution.
Promote Analytics & Reporting Tools
* Design, formalize & share Key Indicators to monitor the Industrial Entities/Maisons’ Upstream Supply Chain performance and promote data-driven decision mindset
* Handle on-demand analysis within the industrial entities and Maisons’ manufacturing areas.
* Contribute to the evolution of Upstream Supply Chain data maturity.
Share Best Practices
* Organize “lessons learned” sessions after each critical phase of the project.
* Capitalize & formalize knowledge acquired through projects.
* Contribute to the Supply Chain « best practices » sharing among Maisons and Group Functions
Contribute To The Group Supply Chain Solution Strategy
* Act as a driver to proactively identify potential project pipeline
* Collect and share competitive intelligence
* Promote Richemont Supply Chain inside & outside the Group
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
* Masters’ degree or equivalent
* Min. 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and industrial environment
* Project management experience
* Strong Supply Chain and planning processes knowledge
* Advanced IT Solutions and analytical skills
