Main duties
1. Support Group and Source-to-Contract System Implementation Spearhead the implementation of the Source-to-Contract (S2C) system across the group. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the S2C system to ensure seamless operation.
2. Oversee Group Procurement Delegation of Authority and Contract Compliance Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contract regulations. Regularly review and update DOA and compliance processes to align with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
3. Expand and Lead Supplier Risk Management Projects and Programs Mange supplier reputational risk assessment program. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and reduce supply chain vulnerabilities.
4. Support Skills Assessment and Establish Procurement Training Conduct skills assessments to identify training needs within the procurement team. Ensure that the procurement team is up-to-date with the best practices.
5. Develop Dashboards for Procurement Leadership Create and maintain dashboards to benchmark and track Group Procurement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provide data and insights to procurement leadership to support decision-making.
Professional competence
6. Bachelor or Master in Economics or equivalent
Profile
7. Ideally first experience in source to contract solutions (zycus)
8. Excellent level of English (level C2 or native)
9. Being able to handle several shifting priorities and conflicting demands from different sources at the same time
10. Analytical thinking, good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
