For our client, a leading biopharmaceutical manufacturing company in the Swiss region, we are seeking a dedicated Production Planner (m/w/d). Your Responsibilities
Serve as the central coordination point for daily finite schedule management across manufacturing operations and facility activities
Facilitate cross‑functional alignment between operations, process engineering, automation, facility engineering, microbiology, and related departments
Maintain and update production schedules on a daily basis while participating in tier meetings (Tier 1 and Tier 2)
Ensure consistency between Site Plan of Record and Finite Schedule, collaborating with technology transfer teams on new product introductions
Drive the seamless execution of manufacturing, process engineering, plant engineering, calibrations, lab, and warehouse operations
Develop roadmaps with network experts to deploy RTMS functionality for enhanced capacity utilization and resource optimization
Build comprehensive RTMS operations models for fed‑batch and continuous manufacturing processes
Partner with Manufacturing Technology and Strategy teams on debottlenecking exercises and capacity ramp strategies
Assess unforeseen scheduling events and develop effective mitigation plans
Take ownership of schedule adherence and escalate issues proactively to ensure optimal team allocation
Your Profile
Educational qualification in a relevant technical or scientific discipline
2‑5 years of professional experience in biologics manufacturing under GMP conditions (upstream or downstream processing)
Solid understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP requirements
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage complex schedules
Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple departments
Proactive mindset with ownership mentality and escalation management experience
Fluency in English ; German language skills are advantageous
Proficiency in scheduling systems and RTMS tools is highly desirable
