What you will do
6. Develop and execute global brand strategies that enhance awareness, perception, and consideration of the Lonza brand
7. Create compelling campaign positioning, messaging, and creative aligned with customer needs and business objectives
8. Partner with cross-functional teams including Digital, Marketing Operations, Strategic Marketing, and Commercial teams
9. Lead brand workshops and collaborate with agency partners to deliver differentiated messaging and creative solutions
10. Manage global events and conferences, ensuring consistent brand positioning and measurable ROI
11. Monitor brand performance, including Share of Voice and brand equity metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
12. Act as a global brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and championing a consistent “One Lonza” experience
What we are looking for
13. Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or communications within a global environment
14. Strong ability to translate strategy into impactful brand campaigns and messaging
15. Excellent analytical skills with experience using KPIs and brand performance metrics
16. Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling and differentiated brand content
17. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across multiple functions and regions
18. Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
19. Professional marketing or branding certifications (e.g. CIM) are advantageous
