To support the development of a System Engineer / Security and Network EngineerFor the development of one of our Geneva clients, an IT service company active in the SME sector in the French-speaking region (medical, hospitality, and financial fields), we are looking for a System Engineer / Security and Network Engineer at 100%, for a position starting immediately. As part of this role, you will address issues related to network infrastructure and cybersecurity. You will be responsible for managing technical projects aimed at implementing network and telephony architectures for clients. This includes commissioning and configuring equipment such as switches, routers, firewalls, and reverse proxy solutions, phone exchanges. Your expertise will also be requested during pre-sales phases, alongside sales teams, to define the most suitable technical solutions for the clients' environments and advise them on the best practices in network architecture and security. You will be involved in audit missions of existing infrastructures, as well as drafting reports and meeting notes. As part of your projects, you will actively contribute to strengthening the protection of systems. Furthermore, your activities include: Technical remote support for clients, updating technical documents, tracking technological developments to integrate the latest solutions, occasional updates, and hardening of Windows or Linux virtual machines.
