is a Swiss Greentech company, currently in early-stage development, based in Valais – Europe's water reserve.
We are developing an AI-powered smart technology platform to predict, capture, store, filter, and manage rainwater usage.
Our mission is to empower communities, businesses, and households to reduce pressure on drinking water networks, lower costs, and build resilience against droughts and floods.
Targeting B2G, B2B, and B2C markets in Europe and globally,

addresses one of the most urgent challenges of the next decade: water scarcity.
Role Description
As Co-Founder & CTO, you will lead
RainWatech
's technological vision and strategy, driving the development and implementation of our smart platform.
You will build and manage the system architecture (SaaS + app), integrate IoT sensors (volume, quality, filtration), and design AI algorithms to optimize water recovery, storage, and usage.
You will work closely with the Founder & CEO on product strategy and roadmap, collaborate with partners and stakeholders, and ensure

remains innovative and competitive.
As the company grows, you will recruit and manage a team of engineers and data scientists.
Responsibilities
* Build and scale the RainWatech platform (data, IoT, AI).
* Design and manage system architecture (cloud SaaS, web/app).
* Oversee hardware/software integration with sensors.
* Collaborate with the CEO on product strategy, roadmap, and partnerships.
* Conduct research to integrate the latest technologies in AI, IoT, and hydrology.
* Recruit and manage an engineering/data team as the company scales.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in IoT, data science, and/or AI, ideally applied to environmental challenges.
* Proven leadership and management experience in technology-driven ventures.
* Skills in project management, research, and product roadmap design.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse external teams.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate in an early-stage startup environment.
* Passion for sustainable development, climate tech, and water resilience.
* Based in Switzerland or Europe (remote/hybrid possible).
* Background in environmental technologies or water management is a strong plus.
* English is the working language; French is a strong plus.
