Additionally, he/she supports the development of new products. As a member of a small development team he/she reports to the Head of Development Valves. /p h3Key Deliverables /h3 ul liCompletion of daily tasks in sustaining engineering and quality issues /li liManagement of small projects for the adaption and improvement of existing products /li liSupport in new product development: ul liDevelopment and design of new and innovative products using internal tools (CAD, FEM, CFD) and external experts. /li liElaboration of innovative product and design concepts /li liEvaluation of product performance according to specifications in collaboration with our testing lab /li /ul /li liCorrect application of internal rules and processes /li liTechnically correct drawings according to internal and official standards /li liContribution to cost and quality optimization /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liHigher Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar /li li 3 years of experience as mechanical designer /li liDeep knowledge in production processes for metal and plastic parts /li liGood experience with 3D CAD systems (preferably SolidWorks) /li liExperience with tools like FMEA (risk analysis), specification sheets, Microsoft software /li liFluent in German and English /li liGood collaboration in teams /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
