Extensive experience in business improvement, resource planning, operations analysis, or management consultancy, preferably in airport or airline operations. Proven leadership experience and ability to inspire high-performing teams. Solid understanding of the ground handling or aviation environment; hands-on experience with planning or RMS tools (e.g. INFORM) is a strong asset. Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills with a drive for innovation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to translate data into actionable strategies and influence stakeholders at all levels High personal integrity, structured working style, and solution-oriented mindset. Fluent in English and either German or French. The position can be based in either Zurich or Geneva, depending on your preference.
