Reporting to the Head of Data Transformation, the Data & AI Transformation Program Manager plays a crucial role in empowering our business domains on their data & AI transformation journey. Thanks to a close partnership with business and regional teams, the Program Manager will activity support the design and follow-up of transformation roadmaps, targeted objectives, timelines and success criterias.
Key Responsibilities:
Data & AI transformation roadmap
* Collaborate with Domains/Regions to co-design their Data & AI Transformation roadmaps (objectives, timelines, stakeholders, success criteria).
* Develop detailed plans, resources allocation, organization design and schedules.
* Coordinate and lead the required instances (ceremonies, steering committees…) with the relevant stakeholders
* Coordinate and collaborate with the Data & AI Portfolio Manager to ensure effective and impact-generating data & AI initiatives delivery
Collaboration and Knowledge sharing
* Animate the community of data experts across the Maison.
* Structure the sharing and exchanges between Domains and Regions, ensuring the optimal usage of our resources, avoiding duplication of initiatives, and adherence to our operating model.
* Act as facilitator and create links between member of the data ecosystem when required
Communication, training, data acculturation
* Identify needs and opportunities on data & AI related trainings, communications and acculturation initiatives.
* Partner with related departments to answer those needs, both for local and global activations.
* Actively participate in workshops, conferences or internal events to increase data awareness, and foster a data-driven culture across the organization.
Data Office Projects and Mission
* Upon needs, act as a task force member of Data Office initiatives
* Actively take part to the Transformation mission of the department, bringing ideas and suggestions.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5 years experience in a project management role, preferably within a luxury or consumer goods industry
* Strong understanding of data & AI transformation strategies.
* Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams
* Proficiency in data and analytics concepts, tools, and methodologies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to drive change and foster a data-driven culture
* English speaking, French is a plus.
