Your Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate the client needs and internal teams daily, across 360
* campaigns as well as offline and digital projects, under the supervision of an Account Director.
* Ensure strategic and creative consistency throughout project execution, challenge
* and structure creative ideas, and defend them with conviction and persuasion.
* Production of strategic elements such as benchmarks, presentations decks…
* Write creative briefs and brief all relevant stakeholders.
* Assess the resources required for project delivery, manage production partners, and
* supervise pre-production, shootings, and post-production for print, TV, OOH, radio,
* web, and social media projects.
* Ensure timelines are met and deliver high-quality outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with creative, media, CX, and development teams in Switzerland as well as across the international network.
Your Profile
* 4/5 years' higher education from a business school, communication school or university
* A good knowledge of the advertising and marketing ecosystem
* Excellent analytical and summarizing skills
* Be able to manage projects
* Perfect French and English
* Excellent skills on PowerPoint and Excel
* Initial experience in an agency organization would be a plus.
