You understand and client needs and preferences, to offer tailored solutions and exceed client You accompany the client on all touchpoints (in-store sales, distant sales, E-commerce, click & collect …) maintaining the highest standard of leverage your expertise to master Maison products knowledge, services offered to clients and develop 360° vision of the Maison activity. You partner with cross-functional teams X any client requests in timely sales and target achievementConsistently achieving or exceeding individual and team X, you maximize every sales opportunity by deploying the selling techniques (upselling, cross selling, with other CA, backoffice …). You successfully conduct and finalize sales on any touchpoint (in-store sales, distant sales, eCommerce, etc.).ClientelingYou develop and strengthen long lasting client and foster client purchase on all touchpoints. Finally, you are fluent in French and in English; Italian is a plus, and any other languages would be a distinct and team player, you strive to discover your client needs and guide them X across the Brand. Sales-driven, your excellent skills allow you to perform X daily activities and maintain effective with customers. You are flexible and rigorous, and you work in an organized and structure manner even in case of multitasking.
