About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop clear and engaging content for external audiences, including media materials, website updates, and social media posts
* Ensure message consistency across all external channels by collaborating closely with internal teams
* Partner with design and digital teams to create visual and multimedia content for social media, digital platforms, and events
* Monitor media coverage and support media relations activities
* Manage sensitive communication with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing external events, including the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) and investor events
* Oversee event logistics (venue coordination, vendor management, guest lists, on-site support)
* Prepare event materials such as briefing documents, presentations, and supporting content
* Support post-event reporting, evaluation, and content capture

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (required)
* 0-4 years of experience in Communications, Event Management, Marketing, or Investor Relations
* Fluent in English and German
