Our client’s team is seeking a Printer Service & IS Infrastructure Specialist to drive operational excellence, coordinate IT projects, and manage critical service processes. What You Will Do Lead the implementation and optimization of printer services with external providers
Stabilize printing services and create insightful reporting dashboards
Support the IS Infrastructure team in service management and small IT projects
Coordinate tickets and manage high-severity incidents as Manager on Duty
Locally manage global IT initiatives and run small virtual server environments
Contribute to continuous process improvement and project management efforts
What We Are Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in IS Infrastructure Service Management
Experience with printer contract and service provider management
Knowledge of server and storage systems operations
Proficiency with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing systems
Education & Certifications IT Infrastructure or Project Management background
ITIL or similar certification
