A Day in the Life
Medtronic, a leading global company in the MedTech domain, is hiring a Junior Mapping Clinical Specialist responsible for providing proficient clinical and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the use of the Affera Mapping and Ablation System and related equipment (Generators, software functionalities, pump, and accessories).
In this role, you will provide in-service training to introduce new technologies to hospital stakeholders and ensure technology acceptance.
Responsibilities may include the following, and other duties may be assigned:
* Participate in the development of advanced clinical workflows.
* Assist in the planning and effective installation of the Affera Mapping and Ablation System, collaborating with the technical department.
* Support the education team and the development of training centers.
* Share clinical best practices with colleagues to optimize customer experience.
* Work with field service engineers on technical troubleshooting.
* Respond promptly to customer and internal/external stakeholder needs.
* Participate in regular territory reviews with the Sales Manager.
* Complete all required company trainings.
* Attend regional and international congresses, symposia, and workshops.
Required Knowledge and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or related scientific disciplines.
* Ability to manage high-stress situations with a problem-solving mindset.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Fluency in English.
* Willingness and availability to travel.
