What You Will Do
1. Assess complex accounting issues under IFRS and Swiss Code of Obligations
2. Further develop the accounting policies of SIX by considering new IFRS standards or new services of SIX
3. Support the implementation of accounting issues and the adoption of new accounting policies
4. Provide internal accounting trainings
5. Contribute to and/or lead group wide strategic finance projects (e.g. accounting due diligence, PPAs, first consolidation of acquired companies, financial integration of new companies, etc.)
6. Support the preparation of the semi-annual consolidated financial statements
What You Bring
7. University or University of Applied Sciences (FH) in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration and further / higher education in Finance & Accounting (preferably Certified Accountant) with at least 5 years of experience in audit or in a similar position
8. In-depth expertise in IFRS; IFRS desk experience is an advantage
9. Customer-oriented team player to work across teams and with different cultures and experts
10. Strong analytical, organizational, communication and coordination skills with a precise way of working and willingness to develop constantly
11. SAP knowledge would be preferred
12. Very good written and spoken English, German is a plus
