About the position
For our client, a leading international company in automation and digitalization, we are seeking an engaged team player to strengthen the customer service team in Ostermundigen as a Kundendienstdisponent 100% (temporary, permanent).
The main task of the position is to optimally dispatch the regional customer service technician teams to ensure the highest customer satisfaction while safeguarding the company's interests.
Your responsibilities
* Answering calls from customers and customer service technicians and processing according to established procedures (disruptions, commissioning notifications, complaints).
* Verifying customer concerns and receiving disturbance reports and general inquiries.
* Informing customers about potential additional costs (e.g., in case of non-covered warranty claims, services not included in the contract, call-out fees, etc.).
* Coordinating appointments for operations and/or service activities for internal and external customers.
* Responsibility for planning and monitoring the dispatch center of the customer service technicians.
* Dispatching the service capacities of the customer service technicians in close coordination with the team leader and project managers.
Your qualifications
* Fluent French skills (responsible for Western Switzerland) and German at native level.
* Completed commercial or technical basic training with commercial knowledge.
* Initial experience in a similar role or in customer service is advantageous.
* Excellent skills in MS Office suite.
* Experience with SAP applications is a plus.
