Manager project planning (m/f/d)

PpWe are currently offering an exciting position as bManager Project Planning (m/f/d) /b at our Swiss sites. /p pIn this role, you will be responsible for preparing proposals for our international customers in the field of CDMO services, such as contract manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients, process development and/or analytical services. You will act as a key interface between departments across our sites in Switzerland, the UK, China and India, and will be in charge of drafting and finalizing proposals. /p pIn addition, you will actively contribute to building a cross‑functional project management organization with a focus on the proposal process. Your work will lay the foundation for successful project acquisitions and make a valuable contribution to the strategic development of our company. /p h3Your Responsibilities: /h3 ul liYou take ownership of the entire proposal process, from handover by Sales to direct coordination with the customer. /li liYou analyze complex customer requirements and develop tailored, technically sound solution concepts together with the subject matter experts. /li liYou ensure that final proposals are compelling, delivered on time, and presented professionally both internally and externally. /li liYou coordinate information gathering across multiple international sites (four in Switzerland, plus the UK, China and India), making sure that all relevant content is submitted consistently and on time. /li liYou work closely with Sales, Operations and Project Management, ensuring seamless alignment of technical, commercial and scheduling parameters. /li liYou actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our proposal process by optimizing templates, tools and workflows. /li liYou make a direct contribution to business development by identifying recurring customer needs early on and translating them into targeted ideas for our service portfolio. /li /ul h3Your Profile: /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry or Chemistry, preferably with a focus on Organic Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. /li liExcellent knowledge of modern synthetic methods and current trends in the field of small molecules; experience in bioconjugation (e.g., peptides or bioconjugates) is a plus. /li liSeveral years of experience as a development chemist, analyst or process engineer in a GMP environment is an advantage. /li liExperience in planning and managing customer projects, including time, cost and resource management. /li liExperience working with international teams. /li liExcellent communication skills in interactions with both internal interfaces and external customers. /li liA structured, independent and solution‑oriented approach to work. /li liA positive and engaging mindset. /li liConfident use of MS Office; ideally also experienced with ERP or CRM systems. /li liFluent in German and English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3What we Offer: /h3 ul liA responsible position with global scope. /li liA motivated, international team. /li liOpportunity to actively shape your area of responsibility and your professional development. /li liA dynamic work environment with high‑quality infrastructure. /li liOpportunities to expand your technical expertise. /li liAt least 5 weeks of vacation. /li liFinancial support for childcare. /li liTravel insurance for private trips. /li li13th monthly salary, with all social security contributions covered 100% by CARBOGEN AMCIS. /li liAnnual bonus in case of a successful business year. /li /ul pWe are very much looking forward to receiving your application. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
