By leveraging our proprietary additive manufacturing technology for orthopaedic grade silicone, we have developed Your Liner - the first 3D printed silicone liner. POSITION
As a Global Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will have full responsibility for our marketing strategy and execution. You will define and implement a marketing plan aimed at increasing visibility, strengthening our brand, and driving growth, especially focusing on Germany, a key region for us.
Your primary goal will be to reach end-users (patients/amputees) through digital campaigns, to raise awareness and encourage them to learn about our products. You will work independently, leading all marketing initiatives, coordinating content creation, managing digital channels, and building relationships with users and partners in Germany and internationally.

Responsibilities
* Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy with a global and German focus
* Lead all marketing and communication activities
* Define target audiences and select the best channels (online and offline)
* Develop our brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across platforms
* Coordinate creation of marketing materials (print, digital, video) tailored for different markets
* Plan and manage participation in professional events and trade fairs
* Monitor and analyze marketing performance to inform future strategies
Preferred Experience
Experience & Background
* Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, International Business, or equivalent
* At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the medical, industrial, or technical sectors
* International experience, especially in the German market, is highly valued
* Fluent in English; German is a major asset; French is a plus
* Experience developing marketing strategies in small or fast-growing companies
Skills
* Strategic mindset: capable of defining long-term goals and translating them into actionable plans
* Digital marketing & communication: experienced in website management, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, content creation, and brand development
* Project management: autonomous, proactive, capable of managing multiple initiatives
* Market analysis & insight: able to identify trends, understand competitors, and adapt messages to local markets
* Creativity and results-oriented approach: able to propose innovative solutions to increase visibility and growth
