This newly created position offers the opportunity to work at the heart of an international business involved in complex commercial activities and large-scale projects. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will act as a key legal partner to the business, supporting a broad variety of financing and commercial matters relating to the company's maritime activities. Your responsibilities will include: \\-Advising on shipping finance transactions, including vessel acquisitions, sales, leasing structures and refinancing arrangements \\-Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, such as charterparties, financing documents, project contracts and service agreements \\-Supporting internal stakeholders on legal issues connected to operations, risk management, regulatory matters and strategic initiatives \\-Managing external counsel and coordinating legal workstreams for international projects \\-Contributing to the improvement of internal legal processes, templates and governance practices \\-Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, industry standards and company policies across multiple jurisdictions Your Profile We are looking for a lawyer who enjoys combining analytical work with close interaction with business teams.
