We are looking for someone who is truly service-oriented and interested in working in a hi-tech environment, together with a dynamic international team and who can start immediately.Your main tasks :Sales responsibility for French speaking part of SwitzerlandSales of the full systems and machines portfolio and the associated servicesIntensive search for new customers & support the existing customer base in the area of responsibilityOrganize the product demos for the customersDevelop and implement the strategy for growing the sales funnelEstablish quotesEnsure the follow-up of the quotes until the orderSupport order processing department for orders to the factories and order confirmation to the customerSupport marketing activities: fairs, seminars, promotional events etc.Participate in the annual budget processAll other tasks in relation with the positionTravelling to customersYour additional tasks: :In the area of responsibility, analyse and report to the management on market shares, new products, new measuring technologies, trends, pricing, etc.Participate in the development of the mid- and long-term sales strategies in the area of responsibilitySuggest the ideal product portfolio including the pricing strategyParticipate in product meetings and fairsDo demo reports and statistical analysis of sales successFill in and maintain the CRM for the area of responsibilityYour background skills :Technical education complemented by sales experience; a federal sales diplomais a strong asset3–5 years of proven experience in selling investment goods and managing project-based salesSolid technical background, ideally in mechanics, with hands-on experienceKnow a customer relationship management SW (CRM), master the MS Office packageFluent in French (Written and spoken) and good knowledge of English and/or German.
