Medical Strategy Executive IBU Immunotherapy
About the Role:
* Develop and implement global medical marketing strategies to support business growth.
* Create compelling content for international communication elements, including marketing materials and opinion leader communication.
* Contribute to strategic planning and content development for congresses and symposia.
* Oversee the execution of assigned clinical projects across the portfolio.
* Design and deliver internal and external medical training programs.
* Analyze customer insights to inform product development and address unmet needs.
Your Expertise:
* A medical science or life science background with a university degree (MD/PhD preferred).
* Previous experience in local or regional roles with 3-5 years of involvement in market launch, medical communication, key opinion leader management, clinical initiatives, medical marketing, and sales and marketing support.
* Proven ability to translate scientific information into creative clinical projects and compelling communication.
* Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with experience in motivating teams and convincing stakeholders.
About You:
* International orientation and willingness to travel approximately 25%.
* Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements.
* Proficiency in using digital tools for project management and communication.

* The International Business Unit department is divided into three Business Units: IBU Immunotherapy, IBU Haematology, and IBU Critical Care, as well as an IBU Project Management team.
* We specialize in global medical marketing, strategic business development, and pipeline project management.
