The Geneva School of Diplomacy is looking for an experienced Admissions & Recruitment Manager to join our team in Geneva. This is a senior leadership role within our student recruitment and admissions operations, offering a real opportunity to make an impact at a well-established international academic institution.
The role also involves leading admissions and student recruitment activities, managing CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), overseeing recruitment pipelines, supporting international partnerships, and managing admissions operations and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead admissions and student recruitment activities from end to end
* Manage and optimise CRM systems, ideally with HubSpot experience
* Oversee recruitment pipelines and develop effective conversion strategies
* Support and grow international academic partnerships
* Manage day-to-day admissions operations and team performance
What We Are Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or higher education sales
* Strong CRM skills and a track record in team management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Fluency in English; French or German is a plus
* Valid Swiss work authorisation (visa sponsorship is not available)
* Willingness to travel internationally when required
