Your mission
Supplier Approval & Qualification
* Lead supplier approval and qualifications including pre-assessment, audits, and capability evaluations.
* Assess supplier Quality Management Systems against AS9100/ISO9001 and company-specific requirements.
* Maintain and control the Approved Supplier List (ASL) and supplier approval documentation.
* Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering and Program Management in supplier selection and onboarding.
Supplier Monitoring & Performance Management
* Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics (e.g., OTD, audit scores, NCR trends).
* Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
* Ensure suppliers meet contractual and regulatory quality requirements.
* Drive supplier corrective and preventive action plans and verify their effectiveness.
Non-Conformance and Corrective Action Management
* Manage supplier-related non-conformances, including documentation, analysis, and corrective action follow-up.
* Approve supplier deviation/concession requests in coordination with Engineering and Quality.
* Lead or support supplier root cause analyses.
* Coordinate with Incoming Inspection and Quality Assurance for supplier-related issues.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
* Ensure suppliers comply with applicable aviation and aerospace quality standards (AS9100, EASA/FAA/CAA regulations).
* Support internal and external audits, acting as the focal point for supplier-related quality matters.
* Promote continuous improvement in supplier processes through training, collaboration, and joint initiatives.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of internal supplier quality procedures and documentation.
Reporting & Documentation
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive supplier quality records.
* Provide regular supplier quality performance updates to management.
* Maintain confidentiality and integrity of supplier performance data.

* International travel requires up to 25% of employee’s working hours.

Your profile
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Aerospace or a related technical discipline.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supplier quality, quality assurance, or quality engineering in the aviation / aerospace sector.
* Demonstrated experience in conducting supplier audits and managing corrective actions.
* Working knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, and aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA/FAA).
* Strong understanding of manufacturing and inspection processes for aerospace components (mechanical, electronic, or composite).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
* Desirable: Experience in the UAV/drone industry or other advanced technology manufacturing environments. Knowledge of FAI (AS9102), APQP, PPAP, and SPC principles. Certification as AS9100 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor. Experience with EASA Part21, Part145 or equivalent regulatory requirements. Proficiency in ERP and QMS software tools.
