Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and visionary Retail Environment Development Team Lead to manage and guide a team of Retail Development Project Leaders in delivering global retail store projects. This role serves as the operational backbone of our retail environment team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Team Lead will provide direction, coaching, and oversight to project leaders, ensuring alignment with the company's retail development strategy. This role also acts as the bridge between the Head of Retail Environment and the project teams, driving consistency, innovation, and operational excellence across all markets.
