Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our After Sales operations. This role requires a strong background in customer service, spare parts management, and service excellence within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
* Manage the After-Sales team and Dealer Network to ensure flawless customer experience.
* Drive and develop partners' service readiness, execution, and performance assessments.
* Define and secure achievement of annual service targets.
* Lead partners toward continuous service quality improvement.
* Coordinate legal and commercial teams to finalize after-sales agreements with new dealers.
* Conduct regular regional visits, host meetings and workshops, and review partner business plans.
* Oversee the development, execution, and review of after-sales projects.
* Ensure service quality through timely training, tooling, and support materials.
* Manage regional customer satisfaction (NPS), support complaint resolution, and handle goodwill authorization.
Requirements
* Proven experience in After Sales at Managerial Role in a large Automotive organization.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Academic Degree with specialization in Business related area.
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English and German – Chinese or any other European Language will be considered an asset.
* Hands-on, result-oriented, pressure-tolerant, do more & talk-less attitude is indispensable.
