Due to a maternity leave cover, our client from the canton Wallis needs support with a variety of HR requests.

Your Tasks:
* Act as the point of contact for service-related questions for customers and manage HR requests until closure (end to end, including tracking and tracing) to create a high-end user experience.
* Provide best-in-class customer service, aiming to resolve queries and issues quickly, always striving to go the extra mile.
* Be knowledgeable of business operations and the structure of the business, including key contacts.
* Provide ad-hoc support and advice in the delivery of HR calendar events (e.g., IDP, company bonus salary review).
* Use multiple HR and Payroll systems to support the resolution of customer queries.
* Share customer feedback (process-related) with Service Specialists; suggest new HR technology solutions to improve day-to-day operations.
* Monitor key HR Services & Solutions metrics.
* Initiate changes in Workday as defined by process.
* Proactively advise HRBPs and line managers on "how to" topics.
* Contribute to local projects impacting Human Resources.
* Demonstrate awareness of the roles of other HR teams within the company.
* Maintain a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
* Promote the use of the case tool within Human Resources, acting as the subject matter expert.
* Work within SLAs, focusing on delivering an excellent customer journey.
* Provide guidance on a broad range of key HR processes.
* Collaborate on ad-hoc projects and perform any other duties as necessary.
Your Profile:
* Education as "Personalfachfrau/-mann" or a university degree (e.g., Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration).
* Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and a proactive working attitude.
* Strong work ethic and organizational resilience.
* Ability to understand different cultures and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
* Experience within HR administration or HR shared services is a plus.
* Fluent in German and Business English.
