Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer – Azure | MedTech

A fast-growing and internationally active MedTech innovator is looking for a Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer to help scale secure Azure cloud infrastructure powering next-generation healthcare solutions.

You will work closely with a small, highly skilled platform team delivering cloud solutions that support cutting-edge medical technology used by patients worldwide.
Your Role
As a key member of the Cloud Platform / DevOps team, you will design and operate secure cloud environments that enable engineering teams to build life-changing digital health solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and operating Microsoft Azure environments aligned with strict regulatory and security standards (GxP, ISO 27001, FDA, MDR)
Automating infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform
Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using platforms like Azure DevOps, GitHub or GitLab
Collaborating within an agile platform team (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
Supporting internal product teams by translating technical requirements into scalable cloud solutions
Ensuring security, compliance and traceability throughout the cloud infrastructure lifecycle
Working with external IT partners and vendors to integrate services and manage platform components
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or Infrastructure roles
* Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
* Hands-on expertise with Terraform / Infrastructure-as-Code
* Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab etc.)
* Solid understanding of networking, identity management and cloud security
* Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, ISO, medical device, pharma or healthcare) is a strong plus
* Comfortable collaborating with both engineering teams and business stakeholders
Languages: English required | German a strong advantage
Certifications in Azure, DevOps, or Cloud Architecture are welcome.
