Your mission
The role includes course management regulatory compliance training expertise collaboration and global representation in aviation groups.
Your tasks
* Oversee course planning administration and the continuous monitoring of student performance
* Ensure that all course content adheres to regulatory requirements
* Create design and deliver training material for both classroom and simulation environments
* Provide support for training development colleagues and other departments as needed
* Act as representative of Skyguide and the Skyguide Academy at international working groups project groups and teams as necessary; maintain a professional demeanour and appearance for these interactions
What we are looking for
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS) with additional validations preferred. Note : While an ATCO license issued in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2015 / 340 is preferred the appropriate differences training for license conversion will be provided for the right candidate who holds an ICAO issued ATCO license
* Must hold an On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; Classroom Instructor Certificate and / or Examiner / Assessors Certificate desired
* Communication : You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening
* Teamwork : You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information ideas and insights in meetings or other interactions
* English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or higher
