About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for our Marketing department to join our team at the Global HQ in Lucerne. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading international product development projects from concept to market launch, working closely with our R&D teams, operations, and global stakeholders.
Reporting to the Head of Restorative Dentistry, you will drive innovation, manage new product development, and support lifecycle management for our global product portfolio. You will also act as a crucial link between our operations in Japan, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead key projects (mainly GSP projects) with R&D through all milestones until effective launch in all operations.
* Develop and publish 18 months rolling product launching schedule and manage the planning and execution of new product introductions in all operations.
* Initiate, manage and communicate updates for new product launches in close alignment with GCC R&D and manufacturing departments, i.e. related to prototype testing for field-tests (non-clinical/clinical), assessment of RA-situation for each market, packaging specifications, etc, giving directions to R&D, GCIAG and Operations.
* Support in the development of zero document sections, mainly project management schedules and new product management topics according to GCC requirements.
* Proactive gathering of feedback from all operations including attendance of on-site meetings or prototype testing (VOC, advisory boards).
* Support the R&D controlling department at GCIAG in the development of a continuously improved global project management system.
Your Profile
* Preferable degree (BSc, MSc, MBA) in Project management, Engineering, Information Technology or similar.
* Experience (5+ years) in project management in an international/global and matrix environment, ideally experience from MedTech, Healthcare or Dental industry.
* Expert knowledge of project management systems to help global organizations to plan, manage and control projects.
* Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment, specific skills of Japanese culture and/or language and/or willingness to learn those highly appreciated.
* Proficient in MS Office and content management systems.
* Excellent oral and written command in English; other languages especially Japanese a plus.
* Flexibility to travel up to 20%.
